About The Position

Saint Luke’s in Kansas City is seeking a Patient Acc ount s Representative to join our team. You will perform a variety of functions related to managing the accounts receivable, following established processes and polices for billing and reimbursement. Ideal candidates will be 1 year of Medicare experience 2 + years of commercial/medicaid experience. Requirements

• Applicable Experience: 2 years
• Excellent customer service skills
• S trong computer and critical thinking skills and can multitask

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of Medicare experience
• 2 + years of commercial/medicaid experience
• Experience with facility claim submission for a hospital system is preferred.
• Epic experience a plus
