Under the general direction of the Administrative Director of Patient Financial Services, the Patient Access Manager is responsible for daily operations of Patient Access functions. This could include admissions, scheduling, pre-registration, registration, insurance verification, pre-authorization, and financial counseling. The Manager ensures alignment with The OU Health Way, develops and implements policies and procedures, and collaborates with clinical, ancillary, and administrative teams to support service excellence, regulatory compliance, and financial integrity.
