About The Position

The Manager, WFS Seller Retention & Partnerships leads strategies and programs to improve seller retention, reduce attrition, and enhance the overall seller experience. This role proactively identifies at-risk sellers, drives re-engagement initiatives, oversees suspension recovery and appeals, and partners cross-functionally to remove seller pain points. Using data-driven insights, the manager develops scalable solutions that improve seller health, strengthen long-term engagement, and support WFS growth while serving as the voice of the seller and influencing strategic business decisions. The WFS Strategic Initiatives team leads key programs to enhance seller success and operational efficiency. Collaborating with Seller Management, Marketplace, Product, Operations, and Analytics teams, they drive strategic initiatives across campaigns, inventory health, and process optimization. The team identifies growth opportunities, solves complex challenges, and implements scalable solutions. Success relies on strong project management, communication, and analytical skills, along with effective collaboration across functions. This team plays a vital role in advancing the WFS seller experience and supporting sustainable growth through data-driven insights and efficient execution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in partner relationship management and account strategy development.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess performance using key performance indicators.
  • Demonstrated capability in developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and operational efficiency.
  • Effective communication skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience leading teams, providing coaching, mentoring, and fostering continuous learning.
  • Ability to identify improvement opportunities and implement process enhancements.
  • Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with company policies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2 years’ experience in Business Management, Finance, Omni-Channel Merchandising, or a related area.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategies and programs to improve WFS seller retention and reduce attrition.
  • Proactively identify at-risk sellers using data and performance insights.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Seller Management, Trust & Safety, Policy, Legal, and Marketing teams to enhance the seller experience.

  • Analyze seller trends and recommend data-driven solutions to improve retention and Marketplace growth.
  • Serve as the voice of the seller by identifying pain points and influencing strategic business decisions.
