iRESTORE is seeking a Manager, Paid Social to build and scale paid acquisition for our Subscriptions and Consumables product categories across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms. We’re looking for someone with strong DTC experience, creative instincts, and a clear understanding of how social content and platform strategy intersect to drive business results. The right candidate is highly analytical, resourceful, and excited to develop the channel strategy, campaign structure, creative testing roadmap, and measurement approach from the ground up. This is a hands-on, in-platform role for someone who can identify early signals, act quickly on learnings, and create a repeatable path to growth. This role reports to the VP of Growth Marketing and collaborates closely with our Senior Performance Creative Manager, internal creative teams, and external agency partners.
