The Manager, Outreach and Member Engagement cultivates industry relationships through proactive outreach, ongoing engagement, and identification of opportunities that offer mutual value and support revenue growth. The role connects with current, prospective, and lapsed member organizations, industry partners, CEBS students, and educational program participants to increase awareness, deepen engagement, and drive participation across International Foundation programs, including Team Training and Contract Programs. The Manager develops new business, advances a qualified pipeline, and supports retention and account growth across membership, CEBS, educational programs, and exhibit, sponsorship, and advertising sales. The position partners with internal teams to align customer needs with relevant offerings. It has no formal supervisory responsibilities, though the incumbent may train or mentor more junior staff. The position is expected to work from the corporate headquarters in Brookfield, Wisconsin, Monday through Friday. After successful training, remote work on Mondays and Fridays may be permitted, depending on business needs and the employee's ability to work effectively from an appropriately equipped home office, under a hybrid schedule of up to 60% onsite and 40% remote. The organization may modify or discontinue the hybrid schedule. Domestic and international travel is required up to 30% of the time, generally 5–7 trips annually lasting approximately 3–8 consecutive days. Longer trips may require work on consecutive days, including nights and weekends. Up to 15 additional paid Comp Days per year are offered for mandatory travel-related weekend work.
