This role evaluates initiative performance by analyzing outcomes against established goals, success criteria, baseline measures, and expected value. The Manager identifies what outcomes were achieved, what outcomes were not achieved, and the factors influencing results. The Manager translates analytical findings into actionable insights and presents evaluation results, performance trends, and recommendations to leadership teams and executive stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
