The Manager, Out-of-School Time (OST) is responsible for the oversight of operations, program development, staff supervision, and creating a welcoming environment for all. This role involves working closely with all departments to ensure all certifications and communication are set and clear with staff who work for multiple departments. The incumbent must demonstrate customer service, be forward-thinking and innovative, and exhibit the core values of the YMCA.
