About The Position

EY's Technology Solutions Delivery practice assists national consulting practices in planning, pursuing, delivering, and managing large, complex full lifecycle initiatives. This includes providing expertise in Oracle's cloud applications and technology space. The Oracle Cloud Applications and Technology Services within the COE supports area offices by providing resources to design, configure, and implement Oracle Cloud Application Solutions. This group advises clients on understanding, architecting, and implementing the core applications and technology required to run their business. The focus is on helping clients achieve an optimal applications portfolio and governance structure aligned with IT strategy and business architecture, improve application performance for higher customer satisfaction, and reduce costs while making better investment decisions for applications infrastructure and services.   • Possess a functional understanding of system development lifecycle and technology business architecture frameworks.
  • Oracle Fusion certification, combined with a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering Oracle system implementations or super user across two or more of the following Oracle Cloud PPM modules: Project Financials, Project Contract Billing and Revenue, Resource Management, Task Management, Grant Management, Time and Labor for Projects.
  • 4 or more full lifecycle implementations in any of the above.
  • Experience leading Oracle Cloud business process design/configuration workshops.
  • 7 years or more of relevant business and industry experience related to above Oracle Cloud applications.
  • Work in a collaborative team analyzing client issues and developing solutions.
  • A bachelor's degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 5 years of related work experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills.
  • Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 90% as required for specific client projects.

Responsibilities

  • Support consulting by managing project teams through agreed upon phases of the ERP project governance, requirements definition, technology risk analysis, customization, testing, implementation, training, and rollout of a client's project lifecycle.
  • Provide business development assistance.
  • Manage engagement economics and resource planning.
  • Lead specific RFP responses.
  • Develop long-term relationships and networks both internally and externally.
  • Modify policies and establish procedures within the scope of work.
