Manager, Oracle ERP Global Support
About The Position
Trimble is hiring a Manager, Oracle ERP Global Support to lead global support for its Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2 environment while supporting the transformation to Oracle Fusion Financials. The role serves as the technical authority for enterprise Oracle systems and drives operational readiness, knowledge transfer, and system stability during the migration. The manager oversees Tier 2 and Tier 3 support across SCM, Inventory, Shipping, WMS, Order to Cash, and Financials; leads a globally distributed IT support team; and improves service management using Jira. The role requires advanced PL/SQL troubleshooting and is based in office in Westminster, Colorado, or Dayton, Ohio, with 0–10% travel.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of hands-on technical and functional experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, including extensive experience with version 12.2.
- Deep functional expertise in Oracle SCM, Inventory, Shipping, WMS, Order to Cash, and Financials modules.
- Demonstrated experience leading, managing, and mentoring globally distributed IT support teams.
- Advanced proficiency writing, debugging, and troubleshooting complex PL/SQL queries and scripts.
- Practical experience using Jira for ITSM workflow tracking, SLA monitoring, and issue resolution.
Nice To Haves
- Hands-on implementation or support experience with Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Familiarity with SOX compliance controls, ERP security architectures, and enterprise job scheduling management.
Responsibilities
- Lead global Tier 2 and Tier 3 support and resolve high-impact technical and functional issues across SCM, Inventory, Shipping, WMS, Order to Cash, and Financials.
- Drive operational readiness, knowledge transfer, and system stability during the migration from Oracle EBS 12.2 to Oracle Fusion.
- Use Jira to support IT service management, track workflows, monitor ticket SLAs, and provide support metrics to leadership.
- Write, read, and execute complex PL/SQL scripts to troubleshoot backend issues, analyze data, and implement critical fixes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a globally distributed IT support team and foster continuous improvement.
