Oversee practice operations strategy, including physician scheduling, staffing optimization, and demand vs. supply management to drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and financial performance. Serve as a key partner to leadership and field operations in managing complex client relationships, navigating challenges, and leading diplomatically through sensitive or high-stakes situations.
