About The Position

The Manager, Operations leads multiple work streams by designing and executing project plans that enhance operational efficiency and support business objectives. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions, managing resources, and ensuring timely delivery of initiatives. The manager provides data-driven insights to influence decision-making, drives continuous improvement, and fosters strong stakeholder relationships. Additionally, this position oversees team development, promotes accountability, and ensures compliance with company standards, all while maintaining a focus on delivering value and operational excellence. The team is dedicated to maintaining the quality, consistency, and integrity of Trust & Safety decisions within Last Mile Delivery. It identifies systemic issues through risk-based monitoring and translates insights into operational, product, and policy improvements. Emphasizing coaching and talent development, the team enhances performance and incident outcomes at scale. By fostering strategic thinking and operational excellence, it supports confident decision-making and strengthens trust in delivery operations. The group values effective communication, adaptability, accountability, and strong project and operations management to drive continuous improvement and operational success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing multiple operational work streams with strong project management skills.
  • Ability to design, organize, and execute project plans, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities to facilitate collaboration across teams.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and accountability in driving continuous process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Leadership skills to mentor, develop, and support team members while upholding company values and ethics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
