(USA) Manager, Operations
About The Position
This role manages operational work streams by developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables, facilitating stakeholder meetings, and driving initiatives from root-cause analysis through implementation. It provides decision support by sourcing, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends and translate them into recommendations aligned with objectives. The role leads business-solution implementation, building partnerships, improving methodologies, and creating tracking tools such as scorecards, while managing projects that generate revenue, control costs, and reduce loss. It oversees development of operational tools and customer-facing functionality, partners with product, engineering, and merchandising, and supervises associates with accountability. Our team oversees the UAT work stream for the Spark driver app, focusing on designing test plans, coordinating stakeholders, and managing the full release lifecycle. We ensure platform reliability to support efficient last-mile delivery for associates and customers. By applying strong project and operations management skills, we drive timely execution and maintain platform health. The team collaborates across functions to implement solutions that enhance business operations, prioritize resources effectively, and deliver measurable results aligned with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing multiple operational work streams with strong project planning and execution skills.
- Expertise in analyzing data to identify trends, develop solutions, and support business objectives.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
- Strong leadership capabilities including hiring, training, mentoring, and developing associates.
- Excellent communication skills to convey project status, timelines, and resource needs clearly.
- Demonstrated accountability and adaptability in prioritizing assignments and driving continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in resource planning, workflow management, and meeting operational goals efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
