About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Manager of Risk Operations to support Walmart’s Last Mile Delivery (LMD) Trust & Safety organization. This role supports the execution of operational initiatives that strengthen driver safety, ensure fairness, and protect platform integrity.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in risk management, operations, claims management, program management, or related fields
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and execute against defined priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in cross-functional or matrixed organizations
Exposure to legal discovery processes, claims operations, or litigation support work
Demonstrated ability to operate with sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information
Experience using data and tracking tools to support program execution and reporting
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.

Responsibilities

Execute risk mitigation initiatives aligned to the program strategy, ensuring timely and consistent delivery.
Translate strategic direction into actionable workplans, timelines, and deliverables.
Support risk assessments through data collection, analysis, and documentation of claims, incidents, and litigation trends.
Monitor and respond to risk-related controls and alerts across LMD operations and external partnerships.
Track program progress, maintain reporting artifacts, and provide updates to leadership.
Manage execution of legal and regulatory inquiries to ensure timely and accurate production of incident case records.
