This role is responsible for managing and advancing store operations processes with a primary focus on communications strategy and resource enablement. The role leads process design, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment between enterprise priorities and store communications. This includes evaluating current-state processes, identifying gaps, and implementing scalable solutions that enhance clarity, reduce friction for stores, and improve overall effectiveness of operational communications and resources. Additionally, this leader provides strategic input and execution support for major operational initiatives, ensuring that communications and enablement plans are well-structured, field-ready, and measurable in impact.
