About The Position

The Manager, Operations Finance provides strategic financial leadership and oversight for accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis in support of U.S. operations. The role leads the accounting team, drives financial and operational improvements, ensures compliance and internal controls, and partners with business leaders to provide insights that support decision-making and business performance. The role leads, coaches, and develops the U.S. Accounting team; oversees financial reporting and close processes; manages controls, compliance, and audit activities; and partners with Finance and operational leaders on planning and financial decisions. It also drives continuous improvement through process optimization, reporting enhancements, and special projects.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
8–10 years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience.
3–5 years of leadership experience managing and developing professional accounting teams.
Strong expertise in financial reporting, month-end close, internal controls, SOX compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements within complex or public company environments.
Advanced proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting systems.
Proven ability to drive process improvements and financial systems initiatives.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to build partnerships, manage competing priorities, and drive operational and financial performance.

Nice To Haves

CPA designation is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop the U.S. Accounting team, driving performance, talent development, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and close processes, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial results.
Manage internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit activities, maintaining a strong governance and risk management framework.
Partner with Finance and operational leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, strategic initiatives, and financial decision-making that improve business performance.
Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, reporting enhancements, and special projects.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
