The Manager, Operations Excellence is responsible for driving disciplined execution, operational consistency, and measurable value delivery across GTIO. This role sits at the intersection of program execution and operational strategy, ensuring that initiatives are delivered predictably, at scale, and aligned to enterprise priorities. This leader partners across GTIO functional towers to standardize ways of working, strengthen governance, and enable clear performance visibility. The ideal candidate brings a balance of hands-on execution, structured problem solving, and enterprise-level thinking to simplify complexity and improve how work gets done across the organization.
