The Manager Operations Excellence supports RDOs in the coaching, training, and development of DMs. This role reviews periodic reporting and collaborates with RDOs and DMs on BU OPS KPIs performance to identify and close gaps, and improve overall performance. The Manager leads operations programs, ensuring BU compliance with initiatives such as EZ Visit, store audits, and Closed Loop. They also lead the implementation and training of new operations programs, and support RDOs and DMs with New to Industry (NTI) processes, Recognition & Rewards (R&R), and acquisitions integration. This position acts as the BU communications gatekeeper, reviews shrink results and actions on shrink action plans with DMs, and ensures Quorso/EasyOps missions are actioned while maintaining engagement levels. Additionally, the Manager reviews audit results and works with RDOs and DMs for coaching and store improvement, serves as the point of contact for store supplies & waste management with reporting oversight to coach and work within budgets, and provides analysis of store P&Ls. Other duties include administrative tasks, reporting, and CK360 updates. Store visits are expected 3 days per week.
