About The Position
This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with various regulations and operational standards within the company. The Manager, Operations Compliance will oversee and implement compliance programs, conduct audits, and provide guidance to operational teams. This position plays a critical role in mitigating risks and maintaining the integrity of our operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations compliance, risk management, or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice To Haves
- Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CCEP, CRCM).
- Experience in the retail or beverage industry.
- Experience with compliance management software.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage compliance programs and policies.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of operational processes to ensure adherence to regulations and company standards.
- Identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance matters.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with legal, HR, and other departments to ensure comprehensive compliance.
- Prepare reports on compliance status and findings for senior management.
