Manager, Operations BI/PCS/Surety
About The Position
Marsh McLennan Agency is hiring a Manager, Operations BI/PCS/Surety to oversee the Business Process Team and lead strategic initiatives that improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness. The role facilitates user access and system administration, leads the creation and documentation of new business processes, and manages training and rollout for new processes and modifications to existing workflows. The manager also oversees projects and ensures processes support overall business goals. Success requires strong leadership, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. The position is 100% onsite/in-office. The applicable base salary range is $64,700 to $120,400, with the potential for performance-based incentives. Compensation depends on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education.
Requirements
- At least five years of previous insurance agency or brokerage experience in Property & Casualty.
- Advanced knowledge of agency operating procedures and the agency management system.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Keen attention to detail and a high level of organization.
- Leadership experience managing teams.
Nice To Haves
- Associate or bachelor's degree, or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience in project management and knowledge of associated systems.
- Property & Casualty license, or ability to obtain one within 90 days.
