About The Position

Under administrative supervision of the Director of Clinical Operations, this role is responsible for the assessment, implementation, and evaluation of administrative operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care services within the TGH Infusion Center. The Manager will collaborate with the management team to maintain high-quality outcomes and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, supervision, and performance management of designated team members. This role also involves ensuring accurate payroll processing, creating operational reports, fostering new programs, and maintaining adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and hospital standards. The position requires upholding patient privacy and reporting hazards, all while aligning with Tampa General Hospital’s mission, vision, and values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Florida Registered Nurse License
  • Three (3) years of RN experience

Nice To Haves

  • OCN, ONS Chemotherapy & Biotherapy card preferred
  • BLS preferred
  • Oncology experience preferred
  • 5 years of leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Creating and maintaining operational and administrative reports per TGH and regulatory requirements.
  • Fostering and implementing new programs or modifying existing ones to address current and future challenges.
  • Maintaining adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and hospital standards.
  • Upholding patient/customer privacy and reporting hazards or unsafe practices according to hospital protocols.
