About The Position

Popeyes is undergoing a store transformation focused on creating a seamless and engaging guest experience. As part of this journey, the US Merchandising Execution Manager will lead the execution of in-store merchandising strategies that enhance brand identity and drive guest engagement. This role will work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, training, digital, packaging, supply chain teams, and creative agencies to ensure consistent and effective brand representation. RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Successful candidates will be expected to work onsite 5 days per week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on in-store merchandising execution
  • Knowledge of branding, marketing principles, and visual merchandising
  • Strong project management and cross-functional leadership abilities
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Proficiency in print production and merchandising design
  • Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of in-store merchandising plans across locations, ensuring timely delivery of materials and clear implementation instructions.
  • Develop and manage the merchandising budget, ensuring cost-efficiency and financial accountability.
  • Coordinate with agencies, print vendors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality merchandising solutions.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to align local and national campaigns for a cohesive brand experience.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and brand liaison for merchandising materials and branded items.
  • Help maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Deliver exceptional internal customer service, fostering collaboration and promoting best-in-class guest journeys.
  • Monitor competitive merchandising trends and share insights with the broader team.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of merchandising programs and recommend improvements based on feedback and data.
  • Contribute to the test and learn agenda for both new products and innovative in-store merchandising approaches.
