About The Position

The Front of House / Manager on Duty role is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing daily guest service operations while helping manage retail and concessions inventory, front-of-house staff support, and overall guest satisfaction throughout each performance day. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced entertainment environment, enjoys leading a team, and takes pride in delivering outstanding hospitality.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in customer-facing or guest service roles
• Previous supervisor, leadership, or management experience required
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-volume environments
• Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Yellowdog inventory systems
• Experience with Clover POS systems

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house and guest service operations
• Ensure guests receive a welcoming, professional, and memorable experience
• Maintain and manage all retail and concessions ordering/inventory
• Assist with supervision and support of front-of-house team members
• Handle guest concerns and operational needs with professionalism and urgency
• Support show operations before, during, and after performances
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards throughout guest areas
• Assist with administrative duties, reporting, and operational coordination as needed
