About The Position
Join Our Team as Manager on Duty � Vacation Village at Parkway Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same? Are you a natural problem-solver who knows how to lead a team and keep guests smiling? Vacatia is looking for a Manager on Duty (MOD) to be the on-site leader who keeps our resort running smoothly � and our guests coming back.
Requirements
- 3+ years in hospitality or resort operations (timeshare experience a plus).
- Confident, positive leader who can handle high-pressure situations with grace.
- Excellent communication skills and a guest-first mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems (Cloudbeds or Whistle a plus).
- Flexible availability � evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts are part of the adventure.
Nice To Haves
- Timeshare experience a plus

Responsibilities
- Lead and support up to 10 Front Desk team members.
- Manage daily workflow, schedules, and performance coaching.
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally, offering service recovery when needed.
- Oversee VIP check-ins and prepare welcome packages.
- Keep communication flowing between departments for seamless operations.
- Ensure front desk equipment and supplies are always ready.
- Enforce safety and security procedures while keeping guests comfortable.
