About The Position

We are looking for a responsible and service-driven Manager on Duty/Night MOD to oversee hotel operations during evening and overnight hours. In this role, you’ll handle guest concerns, support front desk and housekeeping teams, and ensure the safety and security of the property. The ideal candidate is a confident decision-maker with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed

Nice To Haves

• Hotel experience is always a plus!
• A high school diploma, a GED, or one year of hotel experience
• Previous experience in a similar or related position
• A combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Be the dependable after-hours leader for our hotel, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction during the night shift.
• Handle guest issues, assist with check-ins and checkouts, and oversee the safety and security of the property.
• Report to the Front Office Manager or General Manager.
