The Manager of Omnichannel & Promotional Marketing plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless and effective vision, strategy, and delivery of digital tools that support the physical salon, artist, and guest experience. This role supports the global vision and strategy while also executing for North America. The position involves supporting key initiatives within a salon omni-channel journey to enhance artist and guest satisfaction, increase salon visits, improve efficiencies, and foster guest retention and advocacy. It also requires cultivating strong networks with partners and vendors, supporting new digital initiatives, and ensuring rapid adoption and optimal execution of tools and technologies to build brand equity and drive profitable growth. Examples of tools include hair & scalp check technologies, salon appointment booking experiences, marketing libraries, and salon e-commerce support. The role serves as the marketing liaison for key digital partners, such as Aveda’s e-commerce businesses, and supports the overall omnichannel promotional strategy and calendar.
