The Manager of Workforce Strategy & Organizational Operations will lead the development and execution of workforce strategy, organizational planning, and operational scaling initiatives supporting OCI’s rapidly expanding global data center delivery organization. This role serves as a strategic partner to Delivery and Operations leadership, ensuring the organization can scale effectively through structured workforce planning, hiring governance, onboarding strategy, organizational alignment, and standardized operating processes. The leader will drive cross-functional alignment across Construction, HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Business Operations while establishing scalable processes, workforce intelligence capabilities, and organizational standards that improve visibility, decision-making, and operational effectiveness at scale. This role combines organizational strategy, workforce operations, executive enablement, and operational transformation to support OCI’s continued hyperscale expansion.
