We provide customers across the entire credit spectrum access to financing and refinancing programs with competitive rates and flexible terms through our direct-to-consumer and dealer programs. We want every customer to have access to financing for their dream ride. We have an immediate need for a Titles Manager to join our rapidly growing team located in Irving, TX. You will lead the titling needs for the organization for Motorcycle, Powersports, RV and Marine assets. This role is ONSITE Monday to Friday 8am-5pm or 830am -530pm. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and approving title documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and coordinating with various departments to facilitate smooth transactions. You will mentor and train team members, fostering a collaborative work environment that emphasizes teamwork and communication. Daily tasks will involve managing title curative processes, resolving any discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records. You will also adapt to changing regulations and market conditions, ensuring our practices remain current and effective. Regular meetings with stakeholders will keep you engaged and informed on project statuses, while your accountability will be essential for achieving departmental goals. Requirements

3+ years of titles experience
1+ year in a supervisory/lead role
Strong customer service background
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficiency in Excel

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end title management, including review/approval of title documents and curative work
Ensure adherence to regulatory and jurisdictional requirements; maintain clean, audit-ready records
Partner with internal teams and external parties to resolve discrepancies and remove roadblocks
Coach, train, and support the titles team; handle escalations and performance expectations
Oversee the titles management process on a daily basis
Review and approve title documents
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
