Under the direction of the Director of Housing and Support Services, the Manager of Supportive Recovery leads all aspects of the Supportive Recovery Program. This role is responsible for creating and implementing policies and procedures, leading licensing efforts, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Island Health. This role oversees a multidisciplinary team and provides oversight to youth recovery plans, collaborative case management processes, and fidelity to harm reduction and trauma-informed approaches to service delivery. As a member of the leadership team, this role contributes to the overall health and culture of the organization.
