Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in ticketing operations, e-commerce operations, or a related field
  • Ticketing experience with Ticketmaster Host or Archtics preferred
  • Excellent technical proficiency and ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Creative thinker who can both conceptualize and execute complex workflows to accomplish business needs
  • Self-starter who is adept at anticipating the needs of their team and the larger organization
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects

Responsibilities

  • Design, launch, and manage specialty ticketing products, including venue memberships, premium seating packages, and seat upgrade programs
  • Map customer journeys for new initiatives to ensure a positive fan experience from initial purchase through day of show
  • Present new specialty ticketing initiatives to leadership and key stakeholders, incorporating feedback and securing necessary approvals prior to launch
  • Partner closely with Ticketmaster and third-party vendors to maximize platform capabilities
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and drive revenue
  • Compile sales and operational performance metrics and present to leadership
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
