The Manager of Sales Development will be a high-energy, self-directed, and motivated individual to lead the development and growth of a new Business Development Representative (BDR) team within our Regional Sales organization. This role is responsible for building the team from the ground up, including hiring, training, and implementing processes that drive pipeline generation across multiple healthcare specialties. This role ensures effective development as professional B2B sales executives while growing them into Account Executives. The Manager of Sales Development & Pipeline will work closely with all Sales VPs to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and specialty-specific needs. This position requires a dynamic leader with strong sales development expertise, a passion for coaching, and the ability to create scalable systems that deliver measurable results. This role will report directly to the Vice President of Sales, working closely with all VPs across the sales organization, and play a critical role in shaping the future of our outbound prospecting strategy.
