About The Position

We are seeking a passionate individual to be the Manager of Quality and Infection Prevention to lead hospital-wide quality initiatives, infection control programs, and regulatory readiness at a mission-driven and U.S. News and World Report top-ranked hospital. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for candidates with strong clinical insight, data-driven decision-making skills, and experience navigating CMS, The Joint Commission (TJC), NHSN, and state regulatory requirements. This role offers senior leadership visibility with direct influence on patient safety and outcomes, the opportunity to mentor teams and shape organization-wide quality strategy, and is a key role in regulatory readiness, audits, surveys, and accreditation. The position also includes ownership of the Infection Prevention Program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Requires Certification in Infection Prevention within 3 years of hire
• A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in a health care setting and/or thorough knowledge base of the factors to meet job expectations and an understanding of regulatory agency requirements
