The Jackson Lewis Program Management Office (PMO) partners with firm leadership to enable successful execution of the firm's strategic priorities through disciplined portfolio, program, project, and organizational change management. The PMO fosters enterprise alignment by establishing consistent governance, standard methodologies, and a culture of collaboration, accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement. As the Manager of Project and Change Management, you will play a key leadership role in advancing the maturity of the PMO while leading members of the PMO team and establishing the firm's organizational change management capability. Reporting to and in direct partnership with the Director of PMO, you will help evolve PMO standards, governance, methodologies, delivery practices, and team capabilities that enable successful execution of strategic initiatives across the firm. In addition to developing and coaching project management talent, you will help drive consistency across the project portfolio, support demand intake and resource planning activities, improve portfolio visibility, and promote adoption of project management and change management best practices. You will also provide leadership for high-priority enterprise projects and programs as business needs require, serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and helping ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value.
