Under the general supervision and direction of the Vice President of Finance, this role develops and executes the purchasing & inventory strategy for the affiliate. The Manager of Procurement ensures the organization's supply needs are procured at the optimal price and delivery schedule while maintaining the lowest possible inventory levels. This role directs the team in bid solicitation, negotiates and maintains local contracts, coordinates the purchase of medical and office equipment, and provides budgetary and cost analysis to the leadership team. The Manager of Procurement manages the purchasing department and contributes to the team effort of the organization, ensuring quality care and services for clients and achievement of mission goals.
