Manager of Perioperative Operations and Access – Enterprise Endoscopy – Days Come join the Periop leadership team in an instrumental role where you will oversee and manage the surgical/procedural scheduling and block management for the Endoscopy units across the NYP enterprise. Focus on improving efficiencies, enhancing the quality of patient care, and driving outcomes. Some clinical improvement initiatives may include assisting with the planning, implementation and evaluation of new processes, systems, and technologies. Use your clinical expertise to define and develop project scope, goals, tasks, and resource requirements. Bring your collaborative and detail-oriented talent to this integral role on the Periop team! This is a full time, day position working Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. There is opportunity to work hybrid.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in OR operations and project management
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft applications
  • Effective team development and management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Clinical experience related to endoscopy, operating room, and/or procedural areas

Responsibilities
