The Manager of Patient Access Operations is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, implementing, and controlling the systems by which patients are registered for services and demographic, clinical, and billing information is developed and maintained. This role ensures patient interactions are courteous and efficient, monitors departmental quality, and engages with leadership and HR on employee management issues. The position also involves financial performance oversight, developing and implementing policies, managing departmental budgets, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
