Impact Scale is hiring a Manager of Partnerships (Advertisers & Offers) to lead and grow the advertiser and offer ecosystem that powers our media buying operations. This is a revenue-focused role responsible for sourcing high-performing offers, building strong advertiser relationships, and ensuring our media buyers have the demand, payouts, and infrastructure needed to scale campaigns profitably. You will act as the bridge between advertisers and our internal media buying team, ensuring campaigns launch efficiently, perform at scale, and generate strong unit economics. This role requires someone who understands performance marketing, affiliate ecosystems, offer negotiation, and campaign economics. This is not a hands-on media buying role— it is focused on partnerships, revenue opportunities, and campaign coordination.
