The Manager of Partner Engagement provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for Treasure Coast Food Bank’s community programs and partner network. This position is responsible for ensuring programs are effectively designed, implemented, evaluated, and continuously improved to meet the evolving needs of neighbors throughout Indian River, St. Lucie, Martin, and Okeechobee counties. The Manager oversees key program areas including agency partner engagement and compliance, food distribution initiatives, children’s and senior programs, workforce development and job training initiatives, and other community-based programs. This role leads and develops program staff, strengthens relationships with community partners and stakeholders, monitors program performance and compliance, and works collaboratively across the organization to ensure programs deliver measurable and meaningful community impact. As a member of the Food Bank’s leadership team, the Manager of Partner Engagement helps translate organizational strategy into effective programs that expand access to food and resources, strengthen community partnerships, and advance Treasure Coast Food Bank’s mission. As Treasure Coast Food Bank’s Manager of Partner Engagement, you will lead the people, partnerships, and programs that connect our resources with communities throughout the Treasure Coast. You will provide direction to program managers, coordinators, and other team members while ensuring programs operate effectively, remain compliant, achieve established goals, and respond to changing community needs. You will work closely with agency partners, community organizations, government entities, funders, and internal departments to identify service gaps, strengthen existing programs, and develop new strategies to better serve our neighbors. You will use program data, community feedback, and performance measures to evaluate impact and guide decisions while ensuring that our partner network receives the support, communication, training, and accountability necessary to succeed. This position combines strategic leadership with hands-on program oversight and requires someone who can move comfortably between developing long-term strategy, coaching staff, analyzing performance, solving operational challenges, and representing Treasure Coast Food Bank throughout the community.
