With a mission that truly changes lives, the Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) is a special place to build your career. Every day, our work supports oncology nurses and advances patient advocacy, education, and professional excellence across the cancer care continuum. If you are inspired by purpose-driven leadership and energized by growth, innovation, and community impact, this role offers a rare opportunity to make a lasting difference. Since 1975, ONS has served as the professional home for oncology nurses—developing evidence-based education, advancing treatment knowledge, and advocating for improved outcomes for patients with cancer and their families. The Manager of Oncology Nursing Practice leads the Oncology Clinical Specialist team and aligns organizational clinical priorities with high-quality, evidence-based content and expertise. This position builds strong relationships with cross-functional leaders, ONS members, customers, volunteers, and external stakeholders while representing ONS and oncology nursing expertise in regional, national, and global collaborations.
