We are looking for a high-performing Manager of New Business Team to drive Callstack’s revenue growth by winning high-value clients and building a strong, predictable new business organization. This role is split between direct business development and team leadership. You will manage a team of BDMs and SDRs while personally owning strategic deals, complex sales processes, pricing strategy, negotiations, and commercial deal structuring. You will report directly to the Head of Growth.
