About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7 years related work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to apply recognized frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman to complex, multi-domain environments.
  • Proven capability to lead cross-functional initiatives and build consensus among senior stakeholders on architectural decisions.
  • Strong understanding of industry standards and ability to integrate compliance requirements into architectural strategies.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s Degree in business or other related field.
  • Ability to translate organizational objectives into actionable architecture strategies that deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Skilled in guiding teams through architectural transitions while ensuring stakeholder engagement and adoption.
  • CISSP - Certified Information Systems Security Professional - ISC2

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain comprehensive architectural frameworks and standards that guide technology decisions across assigned domains.
  • Coordinate with directors, supervisors, and stakeholders to ensure architectural strategies align with organizational priorities and compliance requirements.
  • Review and approve architecture deliverables to confirm adherence to established standards and best practices without performing technical design.
  • Identify potential architectural risks and implement governance measures to ensure security and regulatory compliance.
  • Mentor supervisors and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the architecture function.
