Under the direction of the Director of Behavioral Health, the Manager of Integrated Behavioral Health and Case Management Services assists in the oversight of integrated behavioral health programming, develops and oversees integrated behavioral health education and training programs, and oversees the clinical and administrative supervision of the behavioral health integration specialists (BHS). This role also provides direct supervision to Fenway's Community Health Workers (CHWs)/Care Navigators/Care Coordinators, as assigned, and leads the development of an organization-wide case management program in partnership with nursing, primary care, Behavioral Health, and Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs). The Manager maintains a clinical practice, providing direct behavioral health counseling, advocacy, and referrals to community resource services, and carries a designated day of patient care hours each week.
