The Manager of Human Resources is responsible for managing the human resources functions, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, and employee onboarding. Oversees all recruitment activities to ensure alignment with organizational policies and procedures. This includes ensuring all job requisitions are properly approved and processed in accordance with the guidelines established. Managing both internal job posting programs and external recruitment efforts. Leading and coordinating all aspects of the recruiting process, including scheduling interviews and administering the selection process. Provides guidance regarding all compensation related processes, policies and procedures. Works with all departments as necessary to provide compensation, support and analysis to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. Oversees the annual performance merit increase process by analyzing performance evaluations, aligning recommendations with compensation guidelines. Manages team members to achieve departmental and organizational objectives by setting clear expectations, monitoring progress, and providing regular, constructive job performance feedback to support growth and accountability. Responsible for individual and departmental staff compliance with all Network programs and policies.
