Manager of Human Resources & Employee Relations

CIP Recruiting ServicesNorthampton, MA
$75,000 - $95,000Hybrid

About The Position

Rock Voices is a regional network of no-audition adult community choirs united by a single mission: healing ourselves and others through song. With 30+ choirs, 3,000+ members, and 100+ live concerts per year across nine states, the organization is entering a pivotal growth phase — strengthening its people operations, formalizing HR systems, and building a scalable HR infrastructure to support continued growth. We're hiring our first Manager of Human Resources & Employee Relations — a hands-on HR professional who loves solving real problems for real people, building clarity where there isn't any, and helping a mission-driven arts organization operate smoothly. This is a full-time, hybrid role, requiring some travel for organizational meetings and events. This is not a "maintain the status quo" role. There is no status quo. This is a builder position focused on practical systems, day-to-day HR operations, and employee relations across a diverse, multi-state team. If you're an HR professional who loves hands-on work, thrives in environments where you can build practical systems, and wants to support a mission-driven arts organization during a pivotal moment of growth, we'd love to meet you!
