About The Position

We’re looking for a Manager of HRBP, Home Office on a 12 month contract, to partner with business leaders and drive strategic people’s initiatives that fuel organizational success. In this role, you’ll provide expert HR consultation, share business insights and trends, and act as a key connector between the business, HR Centers of Excellence, Shared Services, and Global HR teams. You’ll play a pivotal role in crafting an integrated people strategy that supports innovation, growth, and a high-performing culture. Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of dynamic experience as an HR Business Partner, with a proven track record of strategic HR support.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; CHRP/CHRL designation is considered an asset.
  • Deep knowledge across multiple HR teams, including talent and performance management, workforce planning, organizational development, and employee relations.
  • Proven leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and partner optimally with senior management.
  • Strong advising and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop practical, business-aligned HR strategies and solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively, think strategically, and build positive relationships across all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with functional business leaders to provide strategic HR mentorship, share business insights, and support organizational goals.
  • Act as a key liaison between the business and HR teams, including COEs, Shared Services, Advisory, and Global HR, to drive an integrated people strategy.
  • Influence business strategy by helping leaders build organizational capabilities, optimize structures, and align talent with business priorities.
  • Support leaders in identifying and accomplishing talent strategies across the full employee lifecycle, from workforce planning to development and retention.
  • Champion a culture of leadership, mentor, and accountability that develop innovation, learning, and high performance.
  • Collaborate with HR partners to lead change initiatives, resolve associate relations issues, and deliver impactful HR programs and solutions.
