About The Position

The Health Services Manager is accountable for the efficient and effective operation of the facility by providing direction, control and coordination of programs of care. The Health Services Manager is accountable for the delivery, planning and evaluation of direct and indirect client care in accordance with the policies, procedures, mission, vision and values of the Saskatchewan Health Authority and its Affiliates. Requirements

  • Experience in leadership
  • 5+ years experience in healthcare organization and community health service
  • Minimum of two (2) years management experience ideally in long-term care
  • Experience in Health Care Management
  • Nursing diploma
  • Health Care Administration diploma
  • Bachelor of Administration (BAdmin)
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
  • Undergraduate degree in Health or Social Sciences
  • Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
  • Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Leadership training

Responsibilities
