About The Position

Our client is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to support financial planning, reporting, and business decision-making initiatives. This position will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance reporting while partnering with leaders across the organization. The ideal candidate is a strategic finance professional with strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, accounting, or related areas.
• Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance reporting.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.

Nice To Haves

• CPA, CFA, or similar professional designation preferred.
• Experience supporting complex business operations.
• Familiarity with enterprise financial systems and reporting platforms.
• Experience presenting financial results and recommendations to leadership teams.
