About The Position

Hult International Business School is seeking a Manager of Enrollment Communications & Digital Marketing to support undergraduate enrollment growth across North America. This role will lead communication strategy, digital engagement, and audience segmentation for prospective students, parents, guardians, and high school counselors. This is a hands-on role for someone who can turn enrollment priorities into clear, targeted, and effective communication campaigns. The position will work closely with the enrollment team to strengthen candidate engagement, improve follow-up strategy, and ensure the right audiences receive the right message at the right time.

Requirements

3-5 years in of hands-on marketing experience required.
Fluent in English
Bachelor’s degree required

Nice To Haves

Prior experience within higher ed preferred but not required.
Experience working within a university or college admissions or marketing department preferred, but not necessary.
Experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and Tableau preferred.
Fluency in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead Hult International Business School’s communication strategy for North American undergraduate enrollment, inclusive of students, parents/guardians and college counselors.
Identify new channels to build local brand awareness of Hult’s growing undergraduate programs.
Track performance of regional marketing campaigns with the goal of driving more interest and improving conversion to applicant and beyond.
Collaborate with Boston-based enrollment and campus teams to bring key insights to advisors and guide enrollment and admissions activities.
Alongside our London-based marketing team, identify key message that strengthen our brand positioning within the U.S. higher ed landscape.
