About The Position

Jefferson Healthcare is seeking a full-time Manager of Emergency Department and Express Clinic. This role supports the Director of Emergency Department and Express Clinic by overseeing daily operations, staffing, and clinical performance within these units. The position ensures consistent delivery of safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care while implementing the strategic direction established by the Director. The Manager collaborates with physician partners, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to promote effective communication, patient flow, and operational efficiency across the Emergency departments.

Requirements

Current Washington state RN license in good standing
Current BLS and ACLS required
Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent experience required

Nice To Haves

4 years of Emergency Department experience preferred
Charge Nurse experience preferred
5-7 years of nursing experience preferred
2+ years of leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities
