Requirements

Proven experience building AI systems, tools, or demos that are actively used in real-world applications
Experience leading or managing a team responsible for content, curriculum, or product output
Strong systems thinker with the ability to create scalable processes and templates
Demonstrated ability to balance hands-on execution with leadership responsibilities
Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments with high output expectations
Strong ability to extract insights, patterns, and frameworks from unstructured information
Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, innovation, and leadership teams
High level of ownership, accountability, and performance orientation
Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
Strong operator mindset with ability to manage high-volume output without sacrificing quality
Experience working cross-functionally across marketing, growth, and/or customer experience teams
Demonstrated ability to impact performance through content, systems, or production initiatives

Responsibilities

Personally building high-stakes AI systems, demos, and custom GPT or Claude-based solutions used in curriculum delivery
Owning and standardizing curriculum production systems, templates, and quality benchmarks across all programs
Leading and developing a team of Curriculum Producers, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management
Setting production priorities and reviewing outputs to ensure consistency, quality, and speed
Building and managing a centralized library of prompts, tools, frameworks, and curriculum IP
Extracting insights and reusable playbooks from calls, community interactions, and program content
Partnering closely with the Chief Innovation Officer to translate strategic curriculum vision into executed deliverables
Identifying gaps in learning journeys and improving curriculum structure and effectiveness
Driving production velocity across multiple programs while maintaining high standards
Implementing AI-first systems and workflows that allow the function to scale without linear headcount growth
