About The Position

We are currently seeking a Manager of CRM Business Administration (x|f|m) within our CRM & Digital Transformation team in BPS division based in Göttingen (Sartorius Stedim Biotech GmbH). In this role you will oversee the global administration of the local CRM system, ensuring its effective use and continuous development across all areas within the Sales and Service Organization. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage an international team of SFDC administrators, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and drive CRM system improvements to support business objectives. The team consists of six professionals, who are looking forward to shaping the future of our SFDC environment with you. This position is available for full-time. It is a hybrid role requiring some days on site at our headquarters in Göttingen with the opportunity to work some days remotely.

Requirements

  • You have a degree in the field of business administration or related field with extensive global experience or similar
  • You have several years of sales experience, combined with strong leadership skills and experience in managing international teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management
  • Fluent English is a must, additional languages are an advantage
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, with a focus on system administration and user support
  • Experience in project management and process improvement initiatives
  • Analytical skills for reporting and data analysis
  • Innovative and disruptive mindset with strong project management, presentation, and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Salesforce administrators, fostering collaboration and high performance
  • Oversee the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of the CRM system across Sales and Service
  • Provide support and training to end-users, ensuring effective use of CRM functionalities
  • Manage system issues, enhancement requests, and coordinate with IT to implement improvements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align CRM processes with business needs
  • Monitor and report on CRM data quality and KPIs to support decision-making
  • Participate in projects related to business process mapping, system improvements, and digital transformation initiatives
  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement CRM strategies that enhance customer engagement
